Not all pregnancy cravings are wrong, some weird, yes, but not bad. These cravings usually occur during the first trimester of pregnancy and in some cases go on throughout the period of pregnancy.

What you crave is an indicator of what your body needs at the time. If you crave some good fresh peanut butter, you are In need of some protein. So find a way to incorporate its healthy equivalent in a good dish. If you crave soda, glucose calls.
However some cravings have no healthy equivalents, its either you have it like that, or you well, have it like that. Go ahead. It’s not evil to have some good chocolate cake every once in a while, NOTE: once in a while.
And hey!, your body wants it , not your baby. All your baby wants is a healthy mum.
