This is a real life story about a young woman who had weight over 150 kg. At the age of 17 years she became pregnant and that is the period when she began to eat much more than she used to. Then her obesity problem became even more serious. 30 specialists told her that if she continues to eat this much, she will have only 1 year to live because the problem with her weight was pretty serious.

Consequently, she decided to fight for her life and to change her lifestyle completely. She decided to stop eating all the junk food and never give up. This young lady started to eat just healthy snacks and healthy food that is cooked. So, in less than 18 months, she managed to lost 89 kg. She lost nearly 90 kg, by doing just that – stop eating processed food that contains high amounts of carbohydrates and sugar.

This is the miraculous regime that helped her lose 89 kg:


Breakfast

  • little bacon with peppers
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes
  • two eggs.

Lunch

  • Baked or boiled potatoes with a little chili

Snack

  • Fruit or yogurt

Dinner

  • Spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce.

In the time when she was overweighted, she was feeling back pain and she could barely walk.
