Every normal family will be put on a throw if after the first three years of marriage and unprotected sex
with the plan of taking in, that doesn’t happen. The first resort is usually to seek medical help as
pertaining the physical state of both husband and wife , closely or simultaneously followed by spiritual help ( especially in Africa). Infertility is a disease , no doubt , and should be medically addressed . But this is not always the case.
The mental health has a huge share in fertility as much as the physiological health. And this is not restricted to the female folks alone. We may have all heard how metal stress could be one of the causes of infertility and the famous story of the sister who got pregnant when she stopped searching. But I’m not going to say “O just relax and the child will come ” because really that may be a pretty unrealistic request.
A “body” that has worked Monday through Friday goes to a spa or a masseuse over the weekend for some pampering and easing of tension on the shoulders, back and feet. A mind that is worked up would need easing and pampering as well .The services of a professional therapist comes in handy . At this point, a couple would want to stick together for all the support needed .
Surprisingly, the mental stressor may not be related to the inability to take in , but the inability to take in more times than not ,related to the mental stress.
Checking the state of the mind with some online tests or one on one sessions with professionals would come a long way in creating a healthy mind for a healthy body conducive enough to house a baby.
