Tip #1: Take Care of Yourself First

If you are exhausted, lonely, and frustrated, you are probably not going to be in the mood. So, take time to take care of yourself first. Take a nap, catch up on sleep. Go visit a girlfriend for lunch, take a bubble bath with your husband or watch a chick flick. Come on, you know you deserve it. The old saying: “If mama ain’t happy, nobody’s happy….” Absolutely 100% true.


Tip #2: Try Self Hypnosis

Re-ignite your sexual desire back with the help of alternative therapy such as self hypnosis.     #5 Is The Most Important Tip , I Had My Daughter Last Year And Since Then Me & Her Dad Have Found Ways To Still Enjoy Eachother As If It Was The Beginning Of Our Relationship. Tho We Don’t Have Much Time On Our Hands Things Have Gotten Alot Better As Far As Keeping The Spice & Love After The Baby
