Our poop can really tell us a lot about our health, even though it sounds funny.
The doctors often ask people about their bowel movement and how often they poop, what their poop looks like, is it pebbly or hard and many questions like this as they can tell a lot about the health of a person.

-The black color can be a sign of internal bleeding that is caused by cancer or certain ulcers. It can also be caused by supplements that contain bismuth subsalicylate or iron. You should consult your doctor.
-The clay- colored, white or light colored poop can be an indication of certain medication or bile duct obstructions. Visit your doctor.
-Red or blood stained poop can be a symptom of cancer. Consult your doctor immediately.
