A lot of people feel bloated, and they have to release gases. This problem occurs after a heavy meal. But, there are some reasons why people that feel bloated all the time. These are the most common reasons for that:

You do not drink enough water

If you do not consume enough water may occur numerous health problems. Coffee and alcohol are the main factors for dehydration. You should drink 6 – 8 glasses of water a day. The body uses the liquids from the organism, when you do not drink enough water.

Constipation

Constipation occurs when you do not sufficiently consume the vegetable fiber.  In this case, in your bowels are gases that are making the situation worse. Eat integral bread instead of white bread and drink more fruit and vegetable juices in order to prevent constipation.

Stress

The stress may cause bloating. When you will get rid of stress, then you can solve the problem with the bloating.


Eat too fast

If you do not chew your food properly, the body will process it more slowly and bloating can appear. Also, it is very important to eat smaller serving.

Consuming too much carbohydrate

Bloating can occur if you consume too many carbs. So, you can solve this problem by reducing the same Also, replace sugar with vegetable and fruit.
