Most often you try to imagine what these guys do to have such flat tummy, maybe they don’t eat too much? or you think it comes natural. Regular exercise and a low-calorie diet are typically used to flatten the stomach. A flat stomach is not only desirable to some, it is good for your health.


Take a glass of water before eating

Every two cups of juice you replace with water will help you avoid more than 200 calories every day. Consume a pint of water just before each meal, water will fill up your stomach and reduce the amount of food you can consume.


Do cardio exercise 20 minutes everyday

Take less salts

Study shows that green tea may enhance the stomach-reducing effect of exercise. An antioxidant in green tea, helps boost metabolism and may specifically target abdominal fat. However, it is recommended not to drink more than 5 cups of green tea per day to avoid caffeine-related side effects.


Do push-ups

Lie on your back with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your fingertips on your thighs. Keeping your arms straight, steadily sit up to touch the top of your knees and then lie back down.
In conclusion, there are several ways you can achieve a perfect flat tummy. However, you should never do this in the process of getting a flat tummy –  skipping breakfast, don’t starve yourself, avoid stress, cut out sweets.

    We did not know that pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that appears to do the same as ginger, peppermint and chamomile do. Thanks for this great advice. We are looking forward to hearing more advice on this website. Thumbs up!!!

    these are actually the helpful tips I used after having my baby girl. They really work & you’ll see results faster if you stay consistent with your daily routine. Also it will help if you come up with a healthier diet plan than before. My body is now back to my actual size before I was pregnant with a little more curve & I love it & now I wouldn’t mind doing it again but maybe in a couple years. Lol

    I found it interesting that sucking in your stomach actually helps you flatten your stomach! Being 6mo PP I’m still trying to get my stomach down I’m going to try this. I sit at a desk all day so I definitely have time.

    When I was pregnant I gain a little bit of weight so thereforth every day doing the even time after eating I will always turn up a music and dance to it because it’s kill alots of calories and it’s very healths for you and your new born child.After birth you will see great result and even up to now I still dance to lost weight this is why my stomach is flat for. P.S everyone one should try that
