Parents install locks or latches onto cupboard doors, hide dangerous items like knives and heavy, easily-toppled objects and, of course, the mandatory safety gate. The safety gate which would put a stop to even the most strong-willed toddler… yes?

Well, no. Not if your name is Leo Gray, a nimble 21-month-old, who has clearly been watching too many adventure movies on the sly.

As the video above shows, there is no way Leo is being confined to one portion of the house. He wants to see it ALL.

His mum, Alice, has tried installing two safety gates – one on top of the other – to create a five foot barrier. This has only increased his ambitions and climbing skills.
