In this heartwarming video, premature twins Kristian and Kristiana hold hands against their father’s chest, despite being born at just 29 weeks.

Anthea Jackson-Rushford from Victoria, Australia, went into labour earlier this month; and posted the video on Facebook to give hope to other parents who have premature babies.

Mrs Jackson-Rushford posted on her Facebook account: “I googled like crazy looking for hope when we told we might be Prem. I would love to see this kind of positivity as a mum that faces the possibility of a premature baby.”

The video has recieved nearly 7 million views after Mrs Jackson-Rushford encouraged users to make it go viral.

Despite all odds, the twins who weigh only around 2 pounds each, are said to be in fine health.
