Strange as it may seem, many people believe that this hygienic procedure only makes sense at the end of the day, before going to bed. However, if you do not brush your teeth in the morning (they say, it’s useless), it is a mistake which can cost you your health.

It must be done! And then the next question arises: when do we this — before or after the breakfast?

During your night sleep, a layer which consists of bacteria is formed on the surface of your teeth, no matter how thoroughly you brushed them in the evening. This particular layer you “wash off” into your stomach when you drink or eat something in the morning. So, that is why you should brush your teeth in before your breakfast!

Moreover, toothpaste covers teeth with fluoride. It limits the negative effects of sugar and acids that you consume during your morning meal.

I brush my teeth after , I know that’s nasty because of morning breath ,but when I tired before I ate . I couldn’t taste anything but mint toothpaste. I was highly upset because my juice ( apple juice) will taste like apple mint. So me and my son will brush afterwards.
