This adorable 3-year-old girl is doing what she loves and is sharing it with the world. In her YouTube video, she presents a tutorial on how to carry out a car oil change. She happily sings, “Kumbaya, the oil is draining,” and stresses the importance of eating a cookie while you wait.

In a 7-step YouTube video by this 3-year-old girl called “How To Do An Oil Change,” we are given a proper, step-by-step tutorial from a talented, up-and-coming apprentice mechanic. The little girl loves working on her dad’s car and has been nicknamed the “Little How To Girl.”

Here, we are pleased to present in 7 steps “How To Do An Oil Change” in the Little How To Girl’s own words:

Step 1:

Either use a car ramp or a jack to lift the car up. If you use a jack, make sure you use some wheel chocks to prevent the car from rolling and always use a jack stand for extra protection.

Step 2:

Put some newspaper down to protect the ground from splashing oil. Position your oil pan underneath and then unscrew the plug.

Step 3:

Let the oil drain. Eat a cookie.

Step 4:

Unscrew the oil filter. Check to make sure the rubber gasket comes off with it.

Step 5:

Put in the new oil filter and screw the drain plug back in.

Step 6:

Using a funnel to prevent spillage, pour the new oil into the engine. If you’re not sure how much to put in, use the oil dipstick to check.

Step 7:

You’re done! Now just remember to bring your old oil back to be recycled.

The young apprentice’s advice of eating a cookie garnered praise from netizens.

One person even offered the young mechanic six cookies to change the transmission on his BMW.

“All these years I have been skipping the important cookie step,” said one person jokingly.

“No wonder I don’t enjoy changing my oil, I haven’t been utilizing the cookie!” another heartedly chimed in.

Most were extremely impressed by how well-learned she was.

Too sweet! If you want to learn how to do an oil change the right way, now is your chance to learn from the best:
