Video: Woman ties her stepson like an animal and then gags him to stop him from yelling for help.

A little boy has been rescued after his stepmother hog-tied him for hours and then gagged him to prevent him from screaming.

A video making the rounds on social media shows the moment neighbors and residents of the community believed to be in Delta state untied the boy. However no one mentioned where the incident happened.
